Our welcoming staff will provide you with friendly and personalized service and we  ensure a swift assistance of our maintenance teams and supervisors. We are on call 24 hours a day to attend to any emergencies.

Most of our complexes have their own swimming pools, gyms and recreation rooms where you can relax after a hard day at work. Our fitness center per complex features a large range of specialized equipment for a full work out. Recreation rooms are provided with facilities where you can enjoy billiards, table tennis, darts and a mini library for our book lovers.

Additional amenities like Wifi or DSL internet services, satellite TV can be included in your package upon request. Housekeeping and Laundry services can be offerred in some complexes and is subject to the package agreed. Some rooms have their own jacuzzi, classy bathroom amenities, washer and dryer equipments and furniture package. Selection of fully carpeted or tiled rooms is also available.

The in house restaurant in Arabian Villa Complex is always open from Saturday thru Thursdays and daily a la carte from 8:00am to 21:00hrs. Superb Thursday barbeque  exclusive for All our Tenants from 18:00hrs to 21:00hrs and special holiday menus are also being served on a very affordable price. Home delivery on certian complexes is also available.

5. Covered parking area in most complexes, locked gates and 24/7 on roving security.
6. Electricity and water are provided free of charge.

8. Satellite TV can be included through OSN.
